Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Listune app for iPhone (“Listune”, “the app”). By downloading or using Listune, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Please note: Listune is made and operated by an individual developer, not a company. It is offered “as is”, and any paid subscription is billed and managed by Apple, not by us directly.

1. Who provides Listune

Listune is developed and provided by an individual independent developer based in Sweden (the “Developer”, “we”, “us”). References in these Terms to a “company” should be read as references to that individual developer. For any question about these Terms, contact simonnilsson08@gmail.com.

2. Licence to use the app

Subject to these Terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Apple EULA”), you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use Listune on Apple devices that you own or control, for your own personal use. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

3. Your content

Content you create in Listune — your tasks, notes, journal entries and everything else — belongs to you. Because this content is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups (for example, through Apple’s device backup). We do not have access to your content and cannot recover it for you if it is lost.

4. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

Listune is free to download and offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions (currently Pro and Plus) that unlock additional features.

  • Billing. All subscriptions are sold and billed through your Apple ID via the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
  • Managing and cancelling. You can view, manage, or cancel your subscription at any time in the Settings app on your iPhone, under your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple, so refund requests are subject to Apple’s policies and are managed through Apple, not by us.
  • Price changes. Prices may change over time. Where required, Apple will notify you and, for certain increases, ask for your consent before your subscription renews at the new price.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use Listune only for lawful purposes and not to:

  • use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
  • interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the app, the devices it runs on, or any connected service such as Google Calendar;
  • misuse the Google Calendar integration or attempt to access calendar data that is not your own;
  • attempt to circumvent the app’s subscription or feature-gating mechanisms.

6. Third-party services

Listune can connect to Google Calendar at your option. Your use of Google’s services is governed by Google’s own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their availability may change independently of Listune. See our Privacy Policy for how calendar data is handled.

7. Disclaimer of warranty

Listune is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including the platform-level warranties required by Apple). We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your particular requirements. You use the app at your own discretion and risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of Listune. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

9. Apple’s role

These Terms are between you and the Developer, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. However, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. The Apple EULA also applies to your use of the app and, in the event of a conflict on the points it covers, governs.

10. Changes to these Terms

As Listune develops, these Terms may be updated. When we make a material change, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and without depriving you of any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
